Where is my node? Why doesn't my node appear yet?
If you've just bought a node and it isn't showing up in your account, that's one of the most stressful moments in web3 — money has moved, a confirmation page came and went, and now there's a gap. Take a breath. In nearly every case we see, the purchase went through and the node is just moving through the steps that come after checkout. It hasn't been lost. It hasn't been stolen. It just hasn't appeared yet.
This article walks you through the stages a node goes through between payment and starting to earn, with the exact place you can verify each one. By the time you reach the end, you'll know whether your node is on its normal path, where it's actually stuck, and — if you do need us — exactly what to send so we can resolve it on the first reply.
Let's troubleshoot the steps of a purchase flow and make sure everything is working as planned.
Did the Payment Go Through?

Did you see the Order Complete Screen that says "Congratulations! Your order is complete."?

Verify the payment on chain with the block explorer.
If you paid via crypto or native rewards you can view the payment transaction utilizing the block explorer.
This would be utilizing the block explorer of the network/chain where your transaction took place.
For example, if you sent ETH as payment, then the transaction would be on the Ethereum Network and viewable on Etherscan, which is the block explorer of the Ethereum Network.
If you sent native rewards as payment, then the transaction would be on that native blockchain. For example, if you paid in native WIN, then the transaction would be viewable on the Win Blockchain's instance of ElevateScan (win.elevatescan.com).
Once you know which block explorer to look at, you can search on that block explorer with your wallet address to verify that the payment went through.

Has Your Node Been Delivered?
You sent funds and were shown the Order Complete Screen and it showed the message "Congratulations! Your order is complete."
What happens after you see the Order Complete Screen:

You will receive an order confirmation email from your purchase.
If you don't see one within 10 minutes of payment, check spam/promotions and verify the email on your Connect account is correct.
This email will be from support@connectunited.com with the subject of "Connect Order Receipt."

Log in to your Connect account and go to Order History to verify the order.

Do you see the order you just placed in the Order History?
If you don't see the order you placed in the Order History, what should you do?
Send the complete transaction information to support (not just a picture as this will cut off some of the information).
In this case don't worry, your order isn't lost, it's possible the order in the shopping cart timed out but we still received the payment and can manually complete the order, etc.
