Why Aren't Rewards Showing in My Connect Account?

If you do not see WIN rewards in your Connect wallet it could mean a few things:
 

• Your Connect wallet is not setup.
• Your nodes are not assigned or are not running properly.
•  Your rewards are still pending. There is a 5 day delay between when WIN rewards are earned and when they are distributed to your wallet. Learn how to see your pending rewards here.

If you do not see any brand rewards displayed in your Blockbot Report, it could mean a few things:

• Your Brand wallet is not setup.
• Your Connect and Brand accounts are not linked.
• Your nodes are not assigned or are not running properly.

Remember, you need a wallet for each brand of node you own, or your brand rewards will have no distribution!
