Track, manage, and request your Connection Rewards with ease—right inside BlockBot Pay (formerly known as WinPay)!

How are Connection Rewards paid out?

Connection Rewards are issued in the native blockchain digital reward associated with the item purchased (with the exception of pre-distribution nodes like AdventureWurld, Codex and Foundations AI).

Examples:

• A USDT purchase of a Galvan SmartNode → rewards are paid in IZE

• A USDC purchase of a Rally Boost NFT → rewards are paid in RALLY
   

Where are my rewards deposited?

• Rewards in BlockBot Pay are paid out directly to your Connect Wallet. 

• USDC Connection Rewards are currently deposited into Connect USDC wallets

Examples:

• A RALLY withdrawal request → rewards are deposited to your Connect wallet under Digital Rewards and Rally.

• A USDT withdrawal request → rewards are deposited to your Connect wallet under Crypto and Tether USD.
   

Special Case: Foundations AI SmartNode

Until Foundations AI SmartNode begins its own distribution, rewards are issued through an Index Distribution model:

• Each Foundations AI SmartNode sold ($500 value) is divided across all currently distributing partner brand SmartNodes

• For example, if there are 11 active brand SmartNodes, rewards are split proportionally based on their current market value

Note - Distribution for Codex has not yet started and AdventureWurld's distribution started in April 2026.   Their rewards will be paid out in USDC or USDT until a later TBD date.  

How are token values calculated for BlockBot Pay distribution?

Token prices for BlockBot Pay Connection Rewards are determined by the real-time value of specific decentralized-exchange liquidity pools.
 

Know Your Customer (KYC)

In order to protect the integrity of the Win Blockchain community and ensure users are not gaming the system with bots, multiple accounts per user, etc., Know Your Customer (KYC) identification verification is required to access your BlockBotPay account.

As we grow and become more global, this additional layer of security is critical to the success of our community.

Is there a minimum balance to withdraw rewards?

• Digital Rewards (Partner Brands) Minimum balance: $10

• USDT / USDC Rewards Minimum balance: $100
   

Is there a processing fee to withdraw rewards?

• Digital Rewards (Partner Brands): $1

• USDT / USDC Rewards $20

Reward Availability

Crypto Transactions
BlockBot Pay rewards from crypto transactions are available to request withdrawal 7 days after the transaction.

Wire Transfers
BlockBot Pay rewards from wire transactions are available to request withdrawal 7 days after funds are received.

BlockBot Support Rewards
BlockBot Support Rewards are available to request withdrawal 10 days after they have been distributed to BlockBot Pay.
 

Other Rewards That Are Paid Out through BlockBot Pay

Rewards from the Battery will also be paid out through BlockBot Pay including Droid Commissions (from the DGF Battery), Give2Earn Rewards, Gather Rewards, New BlockBot Incentive, Win Multiplier

Request Within 90 Days

Direct Rewards must be requested within 90 days of becoming available.

If not requested within 90 days, they will be distributed to Win BlockBot operators as BlockBot Support Rewards.

Processing Time

Requested withdrawals take a minimum of two business days to process.

Note: BlockBot Pay operates on UTC time, this means processing timelines are based on UTC.

Viewing Your Reward History

You can view your Connection Rewards by scrolling to Your Rewards. Tap the arrow on each line to see expanded transaction details.

Download your rewards history into a CSV file by clicking the “Download Rewards History” option.
 

How to Request a Withdrawal from BlockBot Pay

Follow the steps below to request withdrawal of available Connections Rewards:

Step 1. Sign into your Connect account and select the “BlockBot Pay” tab from the “My BlockBot” dropdown menu.

Please note If you haven't completed Compliance Training and KYC (Know Your Customer) you will be required to do so before accessing BlockBot Pay.

Step 2. Commissions are separated by reward type (RALLY, WIN, USDT, etc). Select the “Request Withdraw” button next to the reward type you’d like to withdraw.

Example: In the screenshot below, we are withdrawing RALLY.

Enter the amount you’d like to request.

Preview the transaction to confirm details.

Funds will be withdrawn from BlockBot Pay and deposited to your corresponding Connect Wallet.
