How do I change my name?

Changing your name in your account is simple. It can be done in these easy steps!

1. Sign into web.connectunited.com.

2. Select the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and from the dropdown menu select "Account Settings". 

5. Select the "Personal Info" tab in order to edit your name, email, or phone number.

7. Select "Save" and your new name will be set! 

NOTE* -  "The Account Settings" will also allow you to edit your linked accounts, notification preferences, account password, or encryption passcode by selecting the tabbed options under "Personal Info".
