How to Complete KYC ID Verification for Email Changes
To protect your assets and node licenses, Connect requires all users to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) ID Verification process when requesting an email address update.
What You’ll Need
Before starting, prepare the following:
Full name
Country
Government-issued ID (front & back image)

Step 1: Upload Your Documents Securely
Upload all required documents and photos
Generate a shareable encrypted link
Step 2: Send Us Your Link
Reply to your existing support ticket or email thread
Paste the shareable Tresorit link
Do not attach files directly to your email

This process is required to ensure the security of your account
What Happens Next
Once we receive and verify your KYC documents, our team will process the email change request. You’ll receive confirmation once the update is complete.
