What is LaunchPad?
LaunchPad is a new ecosystem-wide BlockBot platform being incorporated into Connect United. It was originally introduced and beta tested through CODEX and is now being prepared for a broader rollout across the Connect ecosystem.
You can think of LaunchPad as an evolution of the concept behind Droid: a simple, entry-level way to introduce new people to products and opportunities throughout the ecosystem.
Is LaunchPad replacing Droid?
Not necessarily. LaunchPad builds upon many of the ideas that made Droid useful as an entry point, but it is being designed as a broader ecosystem-wide platform.

Will LaunchPad only feature CODEX?
No. While LaunchPad was initially launched and tested through CODEX, the plan is for LaunchPad to become an ecosystem-wide BlockBot product featuring opportunities from multiple brands and projects.
Will LaunchPad be part of Connect United?
Yes. LaunchPad is being incorporated into the Connect and other brands throughout the decentralized ecosystem (“decosystem”) rather than operating solely as a CODEX program.
What happens to my existing Connect genealogy?
LaunchPad is being designed to mirror the existing Connect genealogy when the program goes live.
There will be an opt-in period that allows existing Connect members to participate while retaining their current genealogy. Additional instructions will be provided before that period begins.
Do I need to do anything right now?
No. This announcement is informational only.
There is nothing Connect members need to purchase, activate or change at this time.
When will LaunchPad be available through Connect?
The current target is approximately 30 days, but LaunchPad is still being finalized and timelines and features may change before release.
Will there be commissions through LaunchPad?
LaunchPad is being designed to provide an accessible way to introduce products throughout the ecosystem, with eligible commissions.
Complete compensation details, qualifications and terms will be provided with the official Connect rollout.
Where should I get information about LaunchPad?
Until the official rollout, members should rely on information provided through official Connect communications and training.
Please avoid making assumptions about features, compensation, genealogy or requirements based on beta versions of LaunchPad. Additional details will be provided as the Connect version is finalized.
