These three screens show different things. None of them is “wrong” when the others disagree. Use this to see which one you are looking at.
Order History
Order History is what you paid for.
- License Pending means the payment is recorded and the license is not on your account yet.
- Fulfilled means the license was issued.
It does not show whether a node is online, and it does not show a BlockFabric hosting bill.
My Nodes
My Nodes is what Connect can display on your account.
- A license that is Fulfilled should appear here.
- Online / offline is the status of that displayed license.
- Connect does not start, stop, move, or attach a license from this page. It is display only.
If Order History says Fulfilled and My Nodes does not show that license, write into Support with the order id.
BlockFabric
BlockFabric is hosting, not the Connect license list.
- Search with the same email you use on Connect.
- A BlockFabric bill can include nodes from more than one brand. The line count on an invoice is not always the same as the count on My Nodes.
- If you are not in BlockFabric, you may host somewhere else. That does not mean the node is missing.
Paid and online on My Nodes, with nothing hosted on BlockFabric, can be normal. BlockFabric is only one host. If you are not there, you may host somewhere else. That does not mean the license is unpaid or missing.
We cannot change hosting, restart a node, or move a license from one email to another from Support Tools.
What to do
- Open Order History and note Fulfilled vs License Pending and the order id.
- Open My Nodes and note how many licenses show, and how many are online.
- If you host with BlockFabric, compare that email’s hosted count. Do not treat a mixed-brand invoice as a Connect-only count.
Then:
- License still Pending after payment: wait a bit, then write in with the order id. Do not assume it failed.
- Fulfilled, but missing on My Nodes: write in with the order id.
- On My Nodes, but offline: write in. We can see the status. We cannot restart it from here.
- BlockFabric count does not match My Nodes: write in. Bring the invoice email and the order id.
- Paid and online on My Nodes, and not hosted on BlockFabric: that can be normal. You do not need to write in just for that.
