What is a Match NFT?
Match NFT is an on-chain software product that locks ERC-20 token rewards in a smart contract for a 26-week (6 month) HODL period. After 26 weeks you can activate the NFT to unlock rewards plus your Match Bonus in your wallet.
These could either be purchase individually or as a Bundle or Stack.
Can you Send/Transfer a Match NFT?
Yes, prior to Activating a Match NFT, you can send it to someone else.
Once a Match NFT has been activated, it is "soulbound" or stuck in your wallet.

How can I Activate my Match NFT?
In order to Activate a Match NFT, first its countdown clock must unlock. This is the 26 week clock for its HODL period.
Then you can activate the Match NFT which will require your wallet passcode.
You can see in the example below, the $25 WIN Match NFT is still locked, but you can see the countdown clock until it unlocks along with the amount of WIN that is locked inside it.
You also can see that there is not an option to Activate it because it is not yet Unlocked, but it can be sent/transferred.
What happens when I Activate my Match NFT?
When you activate your Match NFT the tokens that are locked in the NFT will be distributed to the wallet that is holding the NFT.
What do I do if I get an error when trying to Activate my Match NFT?
If you get an error when trying to Activate your Match NFT:
- First, make sure that the unlock time period is up.
- Check to make sure you have some ETH in your wallet for the gas fee.
- If its in your Brand Wallet Dashboard (Ex: Grow, Rally, etc), send/transfer your NFT to your Connect Wallet (which is a newer UI) and try again there.
When will I receive my HODL Bonus?
You will receive your HODL Bonus as a deposit to your wallet within 3 business days after activating your Match NFT. During the initial rollout of this project, this is a manual process and we appreciate your patience.
