In the Win Community Proposal that was voted on and passed in October of 2025 included the introduction of shopping cart purchase limits to help a sustainable and decentralized growth of the community.
From the proposal:
"Limit inventory to a max of 4 per customer on all items inside of the BlockBot shopping
cart, and implement a new formula to release additional inventory if community.
members choose not to purchase the 4 available to them in a 7 day period from when
they make their first purchase.
The Win Community Council shall have authority to modify this program to ensure it
meets the needs of the community."

Inventory Creation & Availability Algorithm
Purchase Limit (“A Block”)
Each product in the Connect shopping cart has a maximum per-user purchase limit of 4 units, known as A Block.New User Purchase Window
When a new user joins, they have the option to purchase up to the limit (4 units) within 7 days of their first purchase.Countdown Timer Activation
If a new user's initial purchase is less than 4 units, a 7-day countdown begins, during which they can buy the remaining units up to their limit.Un-purchased Inventory Reallocation
If a user chooses not to buy a full block, any units not purchased within the 7-day window are released into the Community Inventory.Community Inventory Access
The Community Inventory becomes available for purchase by all users every Thursday from 00:00–24:00 UTC.
For example, on an item that has a Purchase Limit of 4, if you have already purchased 4 but would like more - you will need to wait for more items to be added back to Community Inventory via the above Formula.
The items that are eligible for the Community Inventory are marked in the Shopping Cart in their Product Description.

How to Purchase from Community Inventory
Community Inventory purchases are handled through a weekly request process to ensure fair access and proper support.
Step 1: Access the Community Inventory Purchase Portal
To begin check available inventory every Thursday from 00:00–24:00 UTC. The shopping portal is only accessible during this 24-hour window.

Step 2: Submit Your Request
Select your items and complete all required fields during the order request checkout process including selecting your desired payment currency (USDC, USDT, ETH) and sign the Purchase Agreement.
Submitting an order request does not complete your purchase—it signals your intent to purchase selected items from the Community Inventory.
Step 3: Payment Processing
Next, an invoice will be emailed containing your checkout details for your order request:

Total Purchase Price
Payment Currency
Completed Purchase Agreement for your records
What to Expect Next
After payment is complete, items will be assigned to the Connect account you provided. It can take up to 72 hours to fulfill these items.
