How do I change my account password?

Changing your accounts password can be done in a few easy steps!

1. Sign into https://web.connectunited.com.

2.Once logged in, click on your Profile icon in the top right corner of the page. Then, select Account Settings from the menu.

4. Please select the "Password" tab, then the "Reset Password" button.

5. You will then need to create a new password and confirm.

6. When finished select "Reset Password" and your new password is set.

If you are unable to sign into your account, you can request a new password.

1. Click on “Forgot Password” on the sign in page at https://connectunited.com.

2. You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated to your account. 

3. Check your email for a link to reset your password.
