What is the FoundationsAI SmartNode + Boost NFT “Fill the Batteries” Offer?

For a limited time period, users who purchase a FoundationsAI SmartNode will receive bonus 12-Month Boost NFTs tied to the brand used for the purchase.

During this promotion, 100% of the brand rewards used toward the purchase will be deposited into the matching Brand Battery, strengthening that brand’s reward pool and future battery-based distributions.

Instead of commissions being paid on these purchases during the promotion, purchasers earn bonus Boost NFTs based on the total number of FoundationsAI SmartNodes purchased.

What is a Brand Battery?

A Brand Battery is a rewards pool associated with a specific Decosystem brand that is a set of wallets and nodes. 

These are designed and intended to be used in ways that strengthen and grow the community.

Promotions and incentives that help strengthen and grow the community are funded out of the battery assets such as Droid Commissions and Give2Earn at the discretion of the DGF Council.

You can think of a Brand Battery as stored reward energy that helps power future promotions and incentives that help grow the community of a brand’s ecosystem.

Why would someone want to “fill” the Brand Battery?

Depositing rewards into a Brand Battery helps strengthen the reward pool tied to that community.

When a battery is funded:

 • It can support future promotions and incentives tied to that battery
• It contributes to the long-term sustainability of the community

During the FoundationsAI SmartNode promotion, 100% of brand rewards used for the purchase are deposited into the matching Brand Battery, which helps reinforce that brand’s ecosystem while also allowing purchasers to earn bonus Boost NFTs.

Does filling the battery directly increase my rewards?

Depositing rewards into a Brand Battery does not create guaranteed or immediate reward increases for any individual participant.

Instead, it contributes to the overall reward pool that may support future promotions and incentives proposed by the Councils which can strengthen and grow the community.

How many Boost NFTs can I earn?

The number of Boost NFTs earned depends on the total number of FoundationsAI SmartNodes purchased during the promotional period for a specific brand.

Example:
If you purchase 3 FoundationsAI SmartNodes, you will receive 3 Boost NFTs per SmartNode, for a total of 9 Boost NFTs.

Do the SmartNodes need to be the same brand?

Yes.

To qualify for the bonus Boost NFT schedule:

• All qualifying purchases must be for the same brand.
• While you can purchase FoundationsAI SmartNodes for different brands, the purchases cannot be combined across multiple brands for qualification of the promotion.

Do these purchases pay commissions?

No.

During the promotional period:

• Commissions are not paid on FoundationsAI SmartNode purchases
• Instead, brand rewards used for the purchase are deposited into the matching Brand Battery
• Purchasers receive bonus Boost NFTs based on the promotion schedule

After the promotional period ends, commissions are expected to resume according to the applicable program structure.

When will these products be distributed?

Eligible FoundationsAI SmartNodes have already been deposited into customer accounts and are currently reflected as pending as the Foundations Blockchain has not yet launched.

The corresponding Boost NFTs are expected to be distributed on or before September 1, 2026.

When can the Boost NFTs be activated?

The Boost NFTs will become activatable once the platform code is updated to include 12-Month Boost NFT action points in the daily distribution system.

Activation is expected to occur later in 2026 after the required updates are implemented.

What happens after the promotional period ends?

After the promotion ends:

• FoundationsAI SmartNode purchases will no longer deposit brand rewards into Brand Batteries
• Rewards will instead flow through the Distributor to the community
• Boost NFTs will return to a 1:1 issuance model

This means each FoundationsAI SmartNode purchased will receive one matching Boost NFT.

How do Boost NFTs work with SmartNodes?

Boost NFTs can be connected to Decosystem Brand SmartNodes to enhance their participation in daily reward distributions.

Boost NFTs may be stacked on a SmartNode based on the number of SmartNodes owned, as outlined below.

If the SmartNode and its connected Boost NFTs are active for at least six hours during a 24-hour period, action points may be generated that contribute to the daily distribution system.

The bonus 12-Month Boost NFTs will tied to the brand used for the purchase.   (For example, if you purchase the FoundationsAI SmartNodes with GROW, the Boost NFTs will be issued for GROW and only compatible with GROW SmartNodes).

What happened to the previous 6-Month Boost NFTs?

Previously issued 6-Month Boost NFTs may still be activated and fulfilled according to the program rules.

However, the sale of new 6-Month Boost NFTs has been discontinued and replaced by:

• Foundations SmartNode 12-Month Boost NFTs
• BlockBot Boost programs

Can Boost NFTs be combined with BlockBots?

Yes.

A SmartNode owner/operator may connect one BlockBot to each Decosystem Brand SmartNode they operate.

Example:

If you operate three SmartNodes, you may connect three BlockBots, resulting in three SmartNode/BlockBot pairs.

If both the SmartNode and BlockBot operate for at least six hours in a 24-hour period, they may generate action points that contribute to the daily distribution system.

Will this product appear as a combined product in the future?

Yes.

Future updates may allow FoundationsAI SmartNodes to appear as multi-SKU products in the cart, automatically fulfilling both:

• the FoundationsAI SmartNode, and
• the associated Boost NFT
