Follow the steps below to complete your purchase using a USD wire transfer.

1. Select USD (Bank Wire) as Your Payment Method
From the shopping page, open the Choose Payment Method dropdown.
Select USD (Bank Wire).
2. Add Products to Your Cart
Browse the shop and select the products you want to purchase.
Add them to your shopping cart.
Click Checkout when ready.
3. Sign the Purchase Agreement
Read and review the purchase agreement(s). You must agree to and sign the required documents before moving forward.
4. Choose Bank Wire (via SwitchPay)
Under Order Summary → Payment Details, click Bank Wire (via SwitchPay)
You will be prompted to provide:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone Number
This contact information allows our team to reach you if we need clarification regarding your purchase.
Select Continue to proceed.
5. Review Your Quote Summary
You will now see a Quote Summary Page, which includes:
Your product total
All applicable wire fees
Your final purchase amount
Fill out any additional required fields, including the last 4 of the sending bank account, the bank's name and the name on the bank account, and continue scrolling.
6. Agree to Switch Terms and Submit
You will be asked to check several boxes acknowledging Switch’s Terms & Conditions.
After reviewing, provide your digital signature.
Select Submit for Wire Instructions.
7. View Your Wire Instructions
Your screen will now display the banking details needed to initiate the wire transfer.
You may want to take a picture of this screen so you'll have the info for your records.
The "Memo/Notes Field" is unique to your transaction and important that you include it when sending the wire from your bank.
Once you have saved all the information you can click I’m Done
You will see a message confirming that your purchase is processing.
You will receive an email copy of wire instructions to the email you provided in step 4.

8. Send Your Wire Transfer
Use the provided instructions to send your wire transfer through your bank.
Make sure that all of the information matches up to prevent delays.
***Please Note that different banks have different processes for sending wires. If you have questions about the wiring instructions for your bank, it may be helpful to go to that bank's website and look at their FAQs.***
You will receive an email receipt when your wire has processed and your order has been completed.
Important Timing
Initiate your wire within 2–3 business days.
Always include the Reference Code in the memo/notes field. This ensures your wire is matched to the correct order and speeds up processing.

Frequently asked questions about the wire transfer process
What is the typical processing time after I send my wire?
Wire
transfers are typically completed within 2-3 business days. Software licenses
will be assigned when the NFT has been minted and redeemed.
How long do I have to submit my wire transfer to my bank?
Orders
are canceled if a wire is not received within 3 business days.
How will I know that my transfer has completed and that Connect has received my money?
You
will receive an email receipt when the process has been completed. You can also
see the purchase in your Connect account Order History.
When will my nodes and or NFTs be issued to my account?
Software
licenses will be assigned when the NFT has been minted and redeemed.
How do I track my transfer and purchase?
You will receive
a notification once your transfer is complete. If you do not receive confirmation
within the expected time or have additional questions, please contact
support@switchrewardcard.com.
What if product pricing goes up while my wire transfer is still processing?
Pricing in your order is locked in place for up to three days while your wire
transfer completes processing.
Can wire transfers be canceled or refunded?
No. Due to the nature of the transaction, wire transfers cannot be cancelled,
refunded or reversed after they are initiated.
What are the fees involved with the wire transfer?
Minting, transfer, and processing fees will be applied to your transaction. The
specific gas/transaction fee is clearly displayed on the preview order screen
for you to review before you begin the wire transfer process.
Consider Holidays
Please allow up to 5 business days if the
transfer period overlaps with US national holidays.
Can I send a wire transfer if I am outside of the US?
Yes! It is important to understand that in order to send an international
wire, you will need to convert your funds to USD at your bank BEFORE you send
out the wire.
When will BlockBot Pay (formerly WinPay) rewards from wire transfers be available to withdraw?
WinPay rewards from wire transactions will be available for withdrawal request 7 days after funds are received.
