• Connect may allow each user to create and maintain third-party digital wallets that can be accessed through their Connect account.

• A user may choose any third-party digital wallet that integrates safely with Connect services.

Custody and Control

• Connect never takes custody or control of a user’s third-party wallet.

• Responsibility for management, security, and access rests entirely with the user and the wallet provider.

Compliance with Wallet Providers

• Users must follow the terms and conditions of whichever third-party wallet provider they choose.

• Connect is not responsible for the policies, operations, or security practices of these providers.

Currency Exchange Disclaimer

• Connect does not provide exchange services between fiat currencies or between fiat and digital currencies.

• Connect is not an exchange or money transmitter.

Blockchain Control

• Connect does not own, control, or operate any blockchain that is associated with third-party wallets.

• The user interacts with these blockchains directly through their wallet, not through Connect.
