1. Once the installation has finished and the status says Running, click on the name of the server to reveal server info.

2. Copy the password by clicking the clipboard icon, to the right of the password.

3. Click on the computer screen icon, at the top right side of the page. This will open a new window that you will use to complete the setup.

4. With the console window open, verify the setup is finished. Hit ENTER and type the word “root” all lowercase. Hit ENTER.


5. Click the toolbar icon on the left side of the window.
6. With the toolbar expanded, click the clipboard icon.
7. Click in the text area, and paste (Mac: ⌘ + V, Windows: Ctrl + V, right click on mouse) the password into the text box.

8. Click Paste.
9. Hide the toolbar by clicking the toolbar button.
10. Hit ENTER, to submit the password. Hint: the password will remain hidden and not show on the black screen. It has still been entered.
11. You will see the brand command prompt. It will end with a "#" symbol.

12. Select the command listed below for the node brand you are setting up, and copy it- making sure to copy the entire line, from bash to the last character.
Green:

13. Paste the copied command into the clipboard text box, then click Paste.

14. Hide the toolbar by clicking the toolbar button.
15. Click ENTER to submit the pasted command.
16. For username, type the email associated with the brand account of the node you are setting up. For instance, here it is the login email for the user's Element account. Click ENTER.

17. For password, open the clipboard and type the password to your brand account. In this example it is the Login password for the user's Element account. Hit PASTE and close the clipboard. Click ENTER. Hint: the password will remain hidden and not show on the black screen. It has still been entered.

18. If you are prompted to enter a node name, type whatever you'd like and click ENTER. This is not required for Element or Pixll.
19. You should see a message saying configuration complete.

Repeat this process once for each Smart Node. Run up to 100 Lite Nodes of the same brand on one VPS or Device.
Helpful hint: Once your node is setup, log into connectunited.com and navigate to My Connect. Tap BlockBot Report Or My Nodes. Your online nodes are reflected there!
