How do I enable my 2-Factor Authentication for greater security on my account?
1. Log in to your account at web.connectunited.com/login.
2. Select the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
3. From here, navigate to the "Security" tab near the bottom of the page.
4. This page will include detailed steps on how to enable 2-factor authentication, including links to the required authentication apps.
How do I disable my 2 Factor Authentication?
1. Log in to your account at web.connectunited.com/login.
2. Select the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
3. From here, navigate to the "Security" tab near the bottom of the page.
5. Select 2-Factor Auth (2FA).
6. Enter the code from your Authenticator App then click "Disable".
NOTE* - You can only disable 2FA with the above method if you have access to your authenticator app and device. If you lose access to your authenticator, please contact support here.
