Friends in the Connect Connections may be moved from one Direct Connection to another at the request of the Friend in the following fashion:
1.The Friend must make the request on their own behalf by contacting support at support.connectunited.com using the email associated with their Connect account.
2. Both the current Direct Friend and the new Direct Friend must also contact support at support.connectunited.com giving approval of the change.
It is important to understand that due to the nature of blockchain and distribution, Connect cannot update or change any WinPay rewards from sales made prior to a Connection move, and Connect cannot change the Direct Friend that a prior purchase is attributed to. Only transactions taking place after the Connection move has been completed will affect the new Direct Friend’s account.
