Below is a Proposal to the Win Blockchain that was voted on and passed in Nov 2024. The vote passed with a Yes vote of 98.04% and voting records are viewable on your Dashboard under “Voting”.
From time to time WIN Blockchain charter proposals are submitted by community members. Prior to voting, a community member may request that the proposal documents be posted on this FAQ for other members to access and review.
Proposal to facilitate further decentralized blockchain operation
1. Initiator(s)

3. Proposal summary
An accurate summary of the proposal in 280 words or less.
This Proposal proffers a community-driven implementation of action by Connect to facilitate further decentralized blockchain operations and community growth with the following:

⁃ WIN Digital Rewards may be redeemed for all Win/Connect NFTS, not including Win Nodes and Win Boost NFTS, in the Connect Shopping Cart. Can still use WIN toward Win SmartNode renewals.

⁃ Community transparency for Smart Flow of funds where a portion of revenue is used to purchase rewards from the market to be placed in a fund to support decentralized operations, the DGF, Connect Events, and other community initiatives.

⁃ All purchases through Connect will be paid out in the native blockchain rewards associated with the product purchased beginning 11/26/24.

These initiatives will support the overall growth and decentralization goals of the community and empowers community members participating under the Distributed Governance Framework (“DGF”).

An accurate, long-form description of what the proposal will do if enacted, including the collective benefit for the Node Network DGF.

6. Limitations
The limitations of any benefits mentioned above or otherwise unaddressed areas of the problem space or possibility space.
The technical infrastructure for effectuating aspects of the Proposal put forth hereby, in some instances, may still need to be developed. Hence, should this Proposal be enacted by the voice of the Win Node Network Community, there will need to be a time period for technical implementation thereof.
7. Acknowledgement of known similar or related works
A section acknowledging, by title and initiator(s), any similar or related prior work known to the proposal initiator(s).
Various blockchain projects espoused by Connect (Grow Nourishmart, Element Carbon Credits, Galvan+ App) already offer blockchain based products, in return for paid digital rewards, so this Proposal seeks to implement similar capability through Connect shopping carts.
