Through Connect Support's website:
- At the top right corner, press on 'Submit a request'.
- Fill the boxes with the information needed, making sure to keep as many details as possible regarding what went wrong. Support Categories and Attachments are optional.
- Once you are finished, press on Submit. A member of our Support staff will respond as soon as possible.
Through ConnectUnited:
- Open https://web.connectunited.com/ and login.
- Once inside, you will see a conversation bubble at the bottom right corner.
- Click it to contact Support.
- You will be prompted to fill two boxes. Name, and email. Complete these with your own information and click 'Send'.
- You can now explain what issue or error appeared, and proceed to send a new message in the same box. Please keep in mind this isn't a live chat, and a member of our Support staff will respond as soon as possible.
