• KP Korea (the Democratic People's Republic of)
• LR Liberia
• Libya
• Mali
• ME Montenegro
• MK Republic of North Macedonia
• MM Myanmar
• Nicaragua
• RO Romania
• Russia
• SI Slovenia
• Somalia
• SS South Sudan
• SY Syrian Arab Republic
• Ukrainian Territories: Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk
• Venezuela
• XK #N/A
• Yemen
• ZW Zimbabwe

Individuals in these countries are barred from creating Connect accounts or making purchases inside of Connect. If Connect is made aware of an account from an individual in a sanctioned territory, they maintain the right to delete the account and associated wallet, along with any currencies and rewards held within.
