There is now a $20 per-request processing fee to withdraw available Direct Rewards in Connect.
Why?
Connect platform has experienced an unprecedented growth in our number of node owners and sales. This is great news for everyone in the Connect decentralized ecosystem, but it also means that we need to make changes to ensure the safest, most secure transactions possible for our users.
Connect has been paying all gas and processing costs on WinPay withdrawals. As we move toward decentralization and community-supported systems, all WinPay withdrawal requests will incur a $20 per-request processing fee to cover these costs.
Will the fee amount change per transaction?
It’s important to understand that the processing fee is always $20.00, no matter how large the transaction. This means that it will never scale up, and you can also delay a commission payment for a month to help defray the cost as needed.
Will Connect profit from the Processing Fee?
This is not a profit center for Connect, and any excess left over from any $20 processing fee will be redistributed back into the WIN Blockchain through Node Support Rewards.
