How are Connection Rewards paid out?
Connection Rewards are now issued in the native blockchain digital reward associated with items purchased, except Codex and Elevate*.
For example, Connection Rewards received for the USDT purchase of a Galvan BlockBot will be in IZE. Connection Rewards received for the USDC purchase of a Rally Boost NFT will be issued in RALLY.
Connection Rewards in WinPay are paid out to your corresponding Connect Wallet.
USDC Connection Rewards are currently paid out to Connect USDT wallets.
If the USD market value of a brand token drops below $0.0002, Connection rewards are paid out in USDT.
Foundations AI BlockBot - Until the Foundations AI BlockBot begins distribution, Connection Rewards will be issued via an Index Distribution - for each BlockBot sold, Connection Rewards will be paid out in a combination of all brands that are currently distributing.
For example, a Foundations AI BlockBot is $500. There are currently 11 partner brand BlockBot with active distribution. Connection Rewards will be divided by the current brand digital reward market value of the 11 BlockBot currently distributing.
Distribution has not started for Codex or Elevate, in the short term Connection Rewards will be paid in USDC or USDT.
How are token values calculated for WinPay distribution?
Token market prices for WinPay Connection Rewards are calculated using a three-day average of prices from Coin Market Cap.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
In order to protect the integrity of the Win Blockchain community and ensure users are not gaming the system with bots, multiple accounts per user, etc., Know Your Customer (KYC) identification verification is required to access your WinPay account.
As we grow and become more global, this additional layer of security is critical to the success of our community.
Is there a minimum balance to withdraw rewards?
For partner brand digital rewards, there is a $10 minimum balance required to withdrawal and a $1 processing fee.
To withdraw USDT or USDC rewards, there is a $100 minimum.
Withdrawal Requests: Crypto Transactions
WinPay rewards from crypto transactions are available for withdrawal requests 7 days after the transaction.
Withdrawal Requests: Wire Transfers
WinPay rewards from wire transactions are available for withdrawal requests 7 days after funds are received.
Withdrawal Requests: BlockBot Support Rewards
BlockBot Support Rewards are available for withdrawal requests 10 days after they have been distributed to WinPay.
Request within 90 Days of Availability
Direct Rewards must be requested for withdrawal within 90 days of becoming available. If Direct Rewards are not requested within 90 days of availability, they will be distributed to Win BlockBot operators in the network as BlockBot Support Rewards.
Requested withdrawals take a minimum of two business days to process.

A history of your Direct Rewards can be viewed under Your Rewards. Tap the arrow on each line to view expanded information about the transactions that contribute to the reward.
Follow the directions below to request withdrawal of an available Direct Reward:
1. Sign into your Connect account and select the WinPay tile from the Dashboard.

2. Tap the arrow to the right of the Request Withdraw button to view expanded information about the transactions that contribute to the available balance.
Enter the amount that you would like to request and preview the transaction. Funds will be withdrawn from your WinPay vault and deposited to your corresponding Connect Wallet balance. Requested withdrawals take a minimum of two business days to process. *Note - WinPay operates on UTC time.
*Note - You can now download your rewards history into a CSV file by clicking "Download Rewards History".
