How are Friendchain Rewards paid out?
Friendchain Rewards are now issued in the native blockchain digital reward associated with items purchased, with the exception of Codex and Elevate*.
For example, Friendchain Rewards received for the USDT purchase of a Galvan Smart Node will be in IZE. Friendchain Rewards received for the USDC purchase of a Rally Boost NFT will be issued in RALLY.
Connect Pay rewards are paid out to your corresponding Connect wallet.
USDC Friendchain Rewards are currently paid out to Connect USDT wallets.
Foundations AI Smart Nodes - Until the Foundations AI node begins distribution, Friendchain Rewards will be issued via an Index Distribution - for each node sold, Friendchain Rewards will be paid out in a combination of all brands that are currently distributing.
For example, a Foundations AI Smart Node is $500. There are currently 11 partner brand Smart Nodes with active distribution. Friendchain Rewards will be divided by the current brand digital reward market value of the 11 Smart Nodes currently distributing.
Distribution has not started for Codex or Elevate, in the short term Friendchain Rewards will be paid in USDC or USDT.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
In order to protect the integrity of the Win Blockchain community and ensure users are not gaming the system with bots, multiple accounts per user, etc, Know Your Customer (KYC) identification verification is required to access your Connect Pay account.
As we grow and become more global, this additional layer of security is critical to the success of our community.
Withdrawal Requests: Crypto Transactions
Connect Pay rewards from crypto transactions are available for withdrawal request 7 days after the transaction.
Withdrawal Requests: Wire Transfers
Connect Pay rewards from wire transactions are available for withdrawal request 7 days after funds are received.
Withdrawal Requests: Node Support Rewards
Node Support Rewards are available for withdrawal request 10 days after they have been distributed to Connect Pay.
Request within 90 Days of Availability
Direct Rewards must be requested for withdrawal within 90 days of becoming available. If Direct Rewards are not requested within 90 days of availability, they will be distributed to Win Smart Node operators in the network as Node Support Rewards.
A minimum balance of $100 must be available to request withdrawals.
Requested withdrawals take a minimum of two business days to process.

A history of your Direct Rewards can be viewed under Your Rewards. Tap the arrow on each line to view expanded information about the transactions that contribute to the reward.
Follow the directions below to request withdrawal of an available Direct Reward:
1. Sign into your Connect account and select the Connect Pay tile from the Dashboard.

2. Tap the arrow to the right of the Request Withdraw button to view expanded information about the transactions that contribute to the available balance.
Enter the amount that you would like to request and preview the transaction. Funds will be withdrawn from your Connect Pay vault and deposited to your corresponding Connect Wallet balance. Requested withdrawals take a minimum of two business days to process. *Note - Connect Pay operates on UTC time.
*Note - You can now download your rewards history into a CSV file by clicking "Download Rewards History".
